Course Assessment: Curate your learning

Learning Goals
We are learning to…
Assess our areas of strengths and needs in speaking and listening;
Assess our areas of strengths and needs in reading;
Assess our areas of strengths and needs in writing and using the writing process;
Assess our areas of strengths and needs in interpreting and producing media texts.

Evidence of Learning Document Deadline is June 8 at midnight.

  1. Curate the items you believe are your best demonstrations of your learning for each overall expectation; 
  2. Missing some work? Get it done now!!!!
  3. Complete the assessment tool for each item, if it’s not yet done
  4. Add the links to the EoL document
  5. Complete your LEARNING SKILLS
  6. Determine your OVERALL Level in the course
  7. Write your course reflection.

When you consider your overall grade, you need to think about both the quality of the work and how much of the work you have done.

Writing and Creating Your Wiki Page

Now, you will use your research notes, images, and videos to create a page on the wiki.

Here is an example of a page that was created by a WHS student a few years ago. Notice that it has all the components required: Title, introduction, headings, body paragraphs, conclusion, images, video, hyperlinks and a References list. It is a good model for us to use.
